Welcome to Optics Outlet UK. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Optics Outlet UK is a UK-based retailer specialising in the sale of pre-owned, ex-demonstration and professionally refurbished optics and accessories.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are legally entitled to purchase the products you order.

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and photographs accurately represent the item for sale.

As many of our products are pre-owned, ex-demonstration or refurbished, minor cosmetic signs of previous use may be present unless otherwise stated. These do not affect the functionality of the product unless specifically disclosed within the product listing.

4. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before processing the order.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods made available during checkout.

7. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

An order is accepted only when we have confirmed dispatch of the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

Payment cannot be authorised.
Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
A pricing or listing error has occurred.
The item is no longer available.

8. Shipping

Shipping is provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.

9. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.

Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Product Condition

Where products are sold as used, refurbished or ex-demonstration, reasonable cosmetic wear consistent with previous ownership should be expected unless otherwise stated.

Product photographs form part of the product description wherever applicable.

12. Warranty

Any warranty offered by Optics Outlet UK will be clearly stated within the individual product listing.

Where no warranty is stated, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, Optics Outlet UK's liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business or any losses arising from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage or unauthorised modification of a product after delivery.

All content on this website, including text, logos, photographs, graphics and branding, is the property of Optics Outlet UK or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
